Scenepad | Write

Writing a scene in scenepad is done by creating a series of content snippets that make up the scene. Each snippet type maps to a standard screenplay content element:

Dialog spoken by characters.
Action or description blocks.
Parenthetical instructions.
Captions.
Transitions.

Once you have added a content snippet to the scene it can be edited, deleted and moved around - up or down - within the scene. From within the write page you can also use the top menubar options to:

Add Scenes to your script.
Add Characters to your script.
Add Locations to your script.
Edit the Script cover page.
Print your Script or your Scene.
Add a Note to the Scene or an Annotation to a Snippet.
